3. 47% investment of the FMV (before closing fees)

4. 53% ROI (before closing fees)

ii. 10 lots for $23,000/each - FMV $40,000

1. Total Price: $250,000

2. Total FMV: $400,000

3. 57% investment of the FMV (before closing fees)

4. 37.5% ROI (before closing fees)

2. The Investment and ROI together:

A. Total Investment: $2,570,000

B. Total ROI: $2,340,000

C. 48% investment of the FMV (before closing fees)

D. 52% ROI (before closing fees)

3. Questions:

A. Are your investors interested in something like this?

B. Are you able to close quickly and with cash?
